I rely upon Penny Ur as well as a couple of other books such as: 101 Word Games by George P. McCallum and Language Teaching Games and Contests by W.R. Lee
My easiest zero prep warmers include: Pair work activity asking,"What did you do yesterday/on the weekend?" for early week classes and for Thursday or Friday classes, "What are you going to do on the weekend?"
An additional warmer is the question, "What did we study last class? What do you remember from last class?" This is a nice little review. Surprising how difficult it can be for some students.
